I have 240 Steelbook Blu-rays 4K and 2K in Blu-ray Racks which have spring loaded slots so you can push on the Steelbook and it will pop out of the rack so you can select it for viewing. The Blu-ray racks are no longer made so there are about 50 other Steelbooks on other racks in my theater...

The reviews were mixed on this but I will be adding this to my steelbook collection when available. It's not something I would watch with my Lady but sign me up.

I am using (4) SVS SB16 Subs and have never had any issues but when I have had questions and contacted them they were always helpful and patient.

I have the 2012 Steelbook from the UK but your excellent review will cause me to rewatch my copy and consider the 4K upgrade. My copy is probably on par with the 2010 USA Blu-ray you have.

Excellent thorough review with great pictures. I am using Goldenear Triton One.R's for my Front L&R and Rear Surrounds with the GoldenEar SuperCenter Reference for my center speaker. I am very satisfied with their performance.

Probably more suited for commercial aplications with large venues and deep pockets. Once purchased you own them for life...no returns.

The UDP-800 looks like a nice replacement for the Oppo Blu-ray Players. Hopefully 4K Blu-rays will continue to be available as demand is sadly waning.
