XO channel delays are incorrect

I'm getting a 5ms delay on the left channel. i.e. all the left channel delays are out by 5ms. It's quite constant - but occasionally I get 1.2ms delay (which is also wrong).
Can anyone help?

This is most problem technical problems with sound card /mic. But if you send me the measurement I can check if the alorithms work as intended.
