REW RT60 not measuring some frequencies

Hi, I'm having a problem with some measurements I did with REW. When I go to check the RT60 results there are some frequency bands which register no value:

You can see this happening for T20, T30 and Topt.

Any idea on how to fix this or why does this happen?

Thank you in advance!

The measurement is not good enough to generate results at those frequencies, and the orange highlighting on most of the other entries is an indicator that those results are unreliable. That may be due to high noise levels, or there may be something broken about the measurement setup. If you attach an mdat file for a measurement that would provide some clues.

This is the measurement file in case it helps to find out what's the problem

The measurements were made with 2 sweeps but the capture is not maintaining time alignment, so the response is duplicated. Perhaps that is because the sample rate in Audio Midi Setup is not the same as the sample rate selected in REW, which should be checked, but the first step should be to use single sweeps for measurement. It would also be a good idea to make a loopback measurement (connect the Duet 3 output to the measurement input) to make sure there is no monitoring active.

So, how could we exactly solve it for future measurements? And is there any way to make this one usable? We can't really repeat them to be honest
