(August 30, 2024) Pro Audio Technology (PRO) is celebrating its 20th anniversary in grand fashion at CEDIA 2024 by introducing five new loudspeaker models, each designed to meet the demands of both commercial and residential audio installations. These new compact speakers are built-to-order in the USA and embody the brand’s legacy of delivering high-output and refined acoustic performance.
The lineup includes the CF-46.2, a quad 6-inch 2-way speaker with a slender profile offering 120° conical coverage, perfect for multi-use scenarios where space is a concern. The CF-28.2 and CF-112.2 models bring powerful performance in dual 8-inch and single 12-inch 2-way configurations, respectively, each featuring elliptical horns for controlled sound dispersion and high fidelity. These speakers are ideal for applications requiring precise sound directionality.
For those needing more robust sound, the CF-212.3 delivers full-range audio with its dual 12-inch and dual 8-inch, 3-way design, seamlessly combining a subwoofer within a rugged yet aesthetically pleasing 10-inch deep enclosure. This model is particularly suited for larger spaces or high-end residential settings that demand deep, powerful bass without compromising on space.
Rounding out the new offerings is the CLF-212 subwoofer, equipped with dual 12-inch 1,400W woofers for thunderous low-end output. This model is sonically matched to the CF-46.2, CF-28.2, and CF-112.2, ensuring a cohesive sound experience across different speaker setups.
These new models include integral pole cups and ergonomic handles for easy handling and installation. Additionally, the optional PRO SplitYoke Multipurpose Mounting Bracket Kits allow for flexible mounting on walls, ceilings, floors, and more, making these speakers a go-to choice for integrators and specifiers looking for high-output solutions that don’t sacrifice aesthetics.

These new PRO loudspeakers will be available in Q4 2024. Attendees of CEDIA Expo 2024 can experience these cutting-edge models firsthand at Booth 1943 and HPA Room 202. Additionally, PRO is hosting a special anniversary celebration on September 5 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. in HPA Room 202, where industry partners and customers are invited to join in the festivities.
