Why didn't the EQ Filter boost?

I'm starting to figure this program out. But when I run a filter it dose not seem to boost. Are my settings correct? See graph attached:

The graph only shows predicted response after equalizing. You won't know if the filters worked until you take a subsequent in-room measurement.

I changed the LF Cutoff (Hz) in the Target Setting (increased it and now it gave a much better response.
