I watched this last night. What surprised me about the band is that amount of churn of band members of the band. The other thing I liked is that Miles Goodwyn clearly stated a few times that April Wine was a band from Nova Scotia and not Montreal.

I have their 4 CD of hits... good ole southern rock-n-roll that I grew up with.

I'm in the same boat... I haven't listened to them in a loooooooong time. Had completely forgotten about them , to be honest!

Great to see a documentary on April Wine! Their influence on rock is undeniable. If anyone has rare live recordings or interviews to share, Filemail could be a great way to send large files easily. It’s perfect for preserving and exchanging high-quality music content!
What a great bunch of players in this band throughout the years! Honestly, so under appreciated it’s just crazy. I seen them 13 times over the years. Never was I disappointed once!! I still have a Jerry Mercer drumstick I caught at a show years ago. Every player brought something special to the band. I could go through each player that has been in the band and tell you what they brought to this massive part of Canadian music history. A big thank you to each and every member past and present for the great music and awesome memories!!

I just discovered their song Just Between You and Me a few months ago, and I really dig it. Had never heard of them before that. Sounds like I need to check out their full catalog.

Good ol' Canadian Southern Rock'n'Roll. ;)

I love April Wine. I remember wishing we could see them in Cedar Rapids, Iowa when I was a kid, and then the MTV Friday Night Concert just happened to be April Wine live in Cedar Rapids, so we got to see it, just not in person.

Live in London is another great show I transferred over from laserdisc.
