for over 20 years my wife has absolutely despised the look and design of every home cinema seating option we have ever seen thus far. i was saying to myself as I watched this video, "oh boy.. still not a chance". sure enough, she eviscerated the overall looks and designs just with her eyes...any future HT seating manufacturers trying to impress my wife, abandon all hope ye who enter here..

So she doesn't like the regular "Hometheaterstore" type recliners that are basic, but come in singles or groups?

it is just everything you could possibly imagine for the typical HT seating world. it will not hit with her. they are all comfortable but super ugly in her eyes. we have seen it all over the decades. Ascendo must be reading her mind because they are utilizing what we are. The old school Eames chairs and Ottomans.

I think she might change her tune if she sat in one of these Moovia seats. They're amazing.

That said, they definitely carry that "Media room" aesthetic. But... and that's a BIG but.... often times seeing something in person, or seeing it integrated into a room will change the way a chair or sofa is viewed.

she has seen/sat in everything. it could be the the most comfortable piece of HT furniture in the world, but if it doesn’t meet her design standards, it has zero chance. outside a few historic mid century modern pieces, all the furniture and chairs in our home are custom made, including our beds. she is not of this world.
