Hi John,
I am on OSX 10.13.6, with the latest REW build version, my audio interface is RME Fireface UC.
I do use the acoustic timing reference for my measurements, and everything was working fine. At one point, suddenly there was this message :

Schermata 2020-04-14 alle 15.30.01.png

But the level is set correctly.

After that, this other message appear:

Schermata 2020-04-14 alle 15.30.33.png

and the measure is like in the mdat attached.
I have turned off/on the audio interface, deleted the preferences, restarted the computer and also used another audio interface, still the same error.
If I do use loopback or none as time reference the measure is displayed correctly.

Thank you.

Hi John,
I think I figured out what caused the issue.
The timing reference output channel should be the same as for the microphone input channel in order for the acoustic timing reference to work, it is correct?
I have selected hte same channel as for the mic input channel and now it work, probably somehow I must have changed the output channel of my sound card and therefore there was no longer a time reference signal to refer to, and then I got lost looking for the cause.
Sorry about that.

The timing reference output needs to go to the same channel for all the measurements whose timing is to be compared. It doesn't need to be the same as the channel you are measuring, but it needs to go to a speaker that can reproduce it.
