ASIO4ALL - speakers don't show up

I'm usine REW on a Windows 10 Enterprise laptop.

the Java driver works fine for the front left/right speakers.

I loaded up ASIO4ALL.

Chose the ASIO driver. Selected ASIO4ALL v2 in the ASIO Device drop down.

But I do not see multiple speakers in the output.

I have a 5.2.4 system.

I set the Audio settings in Windows for the Denon AVR output to 7.1 and then tried 5.1...but I still don't see any speakers in REW.

Any suggestions?

What I have to do, is to make sure that the HDMI cable is connected to the laptop and to the receiver (receiver powered on) before turning the laptop on.
