(May 8, 2024) A new streaming service is about to enter the game, armed with a weapon that's yet to be deployed in the world of streaming audio. Scheduled to launch in Q4 2024 on Artist Connection, a platform dedicated to offering access to high-quality channel–based and immersive audio content, Pure Audio Streaming will harness the AURO-3D immersive audio format for a three-dimensional sound that envelopes music fans with rich, detailed, and lifelike audio. For the first time ever, more than 300 notable recordings beloved by audiophiles—such as Grammy-winning LUX by 2L Records—will be streamable in Hi-Res AURO-3D immersive audio or binaural.

Pure Audio Streaming is built on the Artist Connection platform, a white-label platform designed for content creators, content aggregators, live venues, AV manufacturers, and artists. Artist Connection's in-house technologies make it the only platform capable of streaming Hi-Res audio, immersive audio, and 4K video. Additionally, its e-commerce backend and deep analytics allow artists to control their monetization strategy, providing a fair-trade profitable streaming experience to revolutionize the current streaming model.
While exact pricing has yet to be released, we do know that Pure Audio Streaming will offer a two-tiered subscription model. One tier is a stereo subscription plan that provides access to Hi-Res stereo and binaural audio. A second immersive tier will open access to immersive audio (up to 7.1.4, 96 kHz PCM) and utilization of surround and height channels for an all-encompassing musical experience. All subscriptions will include Artist Connection technology, allowing listeners to easily connect to their preferred home theater playback equipment.
