WOW, very impressive setup Sonnie! How do you like the horns vs your old electrostats?
Thanks... much appreciated.

I love them. They have given me every bit, if not more, of the soundstage I had with the MLs, which was what no other speaker I've had in my room could do other than the MLs.

Imaging and depth acuity are there, and they are much less picky for placement. I can move them a foot or two in about any direction and get the same sound.

They are large, and that's really the only trade-off, but I have the room, so it's really not a big deal.

In my experience the size of the speaker makes a difference....large speakers large soundstage, and with horns the sound is effortless.

The best MLs I ever heard were the Martin Logan Statements...they were huge and had a soundstage to equal it and also a huge stack of Threshold amps to power them too. Lol

Agree... and these are crazy sensitive too. I could make them scream with 50 watts... and to think I have 1250. :rolleyesno:
