Calibration with DSP in audio tract

I am using ADAU1701 DSP in my project of active 3 band loudspeaker. DSP uses 3 outputs for band pass filters, and one transparent from in to out. If I have to make calibration for acoustic measurements, do I have to connect calibration input of sound card directly to output of it, or at the transparent output of DSP to omit latency?

Either is fine, calibration ignores latency.
