PROBLEM RESOLVED: See solution below...
I took some room measurements on my PC with Room EQ Wizard and created an eq correction file that I imported into Equalizer APO. The filter works great with Tidal, Musicbee, and even the audio on my browser e.g. YouTube. So I decided to take another REW measurement with the new filter enabled to observe the difference in new frequency response from the original. But the EAPO filter seems to have no effect on the measurement sweep in REW. Even if I just use the built in signal generator in REW I don't hear any difference. I'm using 48KHz for both REW and EAPO. My setup is as described below:
Windows 10 PC USB --> Topping Topping E30II Lite --> Yamaha A-S501 Integrated Amp --> Advent 5002 speakers --> UMIK-1 USB Microphone --> REW
I have attached images of my REW Preference and Measurement settings, and also my EAPO config and Configurator settings.
UPDATE: Added Windows Sound setting to the below images
Any help or advice would be appreciated!
