Can't get REW to output audio to my Denon receiver. Please help. Thanks.

Hello everyone,

I am trying to use REW for the first time with my MacBook Pro. REW recognizes my Denon but no matter what I try, I am unable to hear any audio through my HT speakers with pink noise. Pink noise outputs through my MacBook speakers just fine if I switch to that. The HDMI inputs on my receiver are working fine. I have Googled the problem and downloaded instructions on REW and watched YouTube tutorials and can't fine the solution.

Help with this is greatly appreciated. I've been trying for an hour and a half now with no luck.

What output device have you selected in Audio MIDI Setup.app (/Applications/Utilities/Audio MIDI Setup.app)? Post a screenshot.
