Date format in lower right corner for trace Capture?

Hallo!

Is it possible to control the format of the date in the red circle as per the attached screen grab?

I have set all other to 24 hour clock formats but I cant find this one...

PS. The cookie adventure to enter this site and forum is first the smaller "standard" choice but also then later a footer question... why 2? And, according to EU legislation, only cookies that is absolutely neccesary in order to operate the site may be asked and as opt in - never opt out - so this site breaks these rules.

OK, the by REW supplied Java machine. Possible to tweak?

The default configuration is part of the Java runtime. I don't want to add a set of date/time format configuration options to that dialog.
