Display issues with Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 graphics card

[Confused]

I have a Windows 10 Intel 9900K PC with Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 graphics card. REW is pretty much useless on this machine, with all kinds of issues with the display. It opens and runs OK, but when using the various pull down menus the display fairly quickly falls to pieces.

One example below, but using any of the pull down menus will quickly invoke all kinds of display issues

Any ideas as to how to fix?

Run the installer and uncheck the hardware graphics acceleration box.

I have just the above this and everything now works perfectly.
