EQuing a room without pink noise, but with music

Hi!

I see that the actual models of dbx driverack boards have an autoEQ function which doesn't require to play pink noise, but comparing the calibration mic with the original signal.

For me it will be very helpful for to have a calibration mic in the room during the church and to have an analysis between the microfon and a MAIN LR signal provided from the mixer, to see if presence of the people or temperature has changed something dramatic. Is there any possibility to do this with REW?

No, REW is not a dual channel FFT system. ARTA is, as is Open Sound Meter.
