In sequential or repeated measurements it would be very handy to be able to set levels for each repetition. Sometimes measurements of the same DUT have to be taken at different levels but for the complete audio bandwidth so stepped level sine is not appropriate for that. Instead, being able to set a level for each repetition or have the level increase/decrease with each repetition would be a very welcomed feature.
I imagine either setting the number of repetitions and levels manually and/or setting a start point, stop point and step size (like in the stepped sine menu) would be most user friendly.
Some use cases:
-Taking impedance curves of speakers at different levels
-Getting the frequency response from the DUT at different levels
-Getting quick&dirty distortion measurements for the complete bandwidth at different levels in a few seconds (compared to half an hour as with stepped sine) at the cost of lower accuracy
Thanks for the consideration!
