Focusrite solo 2nd gen sine generation to siglent sds1104x-e not clean and freq off

I set the sine generator to 1kHz and the scope reads 100 or more kHz, and the sine wave is moving...not still and clean. Is it the solo or mains noise or ? I have a 1/4' plugged into the phones output and scope from red (probe) to white (ground on probe) wire from the TS. My goal is to get a clean sine wave at 1kHz with the amplitude I can adjust to around 150 mV into a tube amp I built to check the signal throughout for tone building.

Presumably that's a stereo plug you have inserted, since the headphone output would be stereo. Are you measuring the correct channel?
