Generator page sweep don't minor upper freq. limit.

I tried a sweep setting limit from 1k to 10k - its started at 1k but went to 20... at least the display said so - my hearing end at 10 ;-)

If you are referring to the measurement sweep, it covers a range an octave below and above the span, details here.
