Thanks for the reply. When I push on the EQ legend ant the top of the page and set some values when I go to look at the chart they only show a portion of the chart. I have the axis limits so far off the charts don't' show.

When I try and retrieve a file to load to EG it says the format is wrong. Long learning curve here sorry. Is it mdat, filters settings, All files?

Think I've figured out which file it likes. XML files seems to work. Still haven't got the axis boundary figured out yet

I never have enough headroom to get a clean measurement. What to do. Help appreciated.

Headroom: Is your SPL calibration done? Are you using a UMIK-1 USB mic (mic gain is in the calibration file, no calibration needed)? Or a regular XLR mic with audio interface (manual calibration is necessary)?

Measurements are typically done between 75 dB SPL (conversation level) and 85 dB SPL (quite loud, but not uncomfortable). Even with variations, most room freq responses don't go above 90 or 95 dB, you should see 10 dB of headroom.

Do you have an .mdat file you can attach? (you might need a few more posts before they'ss let you attach a file)

When you save a Room EQ Wizard file with measurements it will have a .mdat extension. Do you have one of those you can attach?

Like this. I deleted the upload because the format wasn't right.
