Help picking an inexpensive AVR!

I was thinking of buying a 2 channel amplifier. However, I am thinking of going with a inexpensive AVR and combine it with my Denon HEOS Link. I was thinking of a networked AVR, but then again, I don't think this will matter since the Denon HEOS Link will be connected to the network to stream Spotify, Pandora, Deezer or Amazon Music. I've been looking at a few AVR at accessories4less.com. The list goes from most expensive $300 to least expensive $130.

1) Integra DTR 30.4 $299.99

2) Denon AVR-S720W $249.99

3) Pioneer Elite VSX-80 $249.99

4) Pioneer Elite VSX-45 $229.99 - 20% = $183.99

5) Pioneer VSX-830-K $219.99 - 20% = $175.99

6) Pioneer VSX-831-K $249.99

Or should I go with a 2 channel device?

Here's my opinion:

A relatively good two channel amp is going to probably run you more than any of the AVRs on that list. If space isn't an issue, I'd go with an AVR. If it is an issue, I'd either investigate slimline AVR options or start looking at some of the more inexpensive amps.

Of you list, I'd probably pull the trigger on the Elite VSX-80 (VSX-45 second)

Space isn't an issue. I will be using this for the back covered patio area mainly. I may move it to the garage and move the BlueSound PowerNode to the patio area. I was thinking about going with the Elite as well. Thank you.

That VSX-80 has (I believe) a Class D amp (or some variation of) which means it will run fairly cool. That might come in hand in situations where it might get hot. ;-)

I have 4 different Pioneer/Elite AVRs... they are solid build products.

I had a Pioneer amp with class D amp, and it ran pretty cool compared to my Denon X4200 without the LPA-1 amp.
