Help with waterfall graph

HI all

This is my first post on this forum as I am a new user of REW and have done some trial measurements with this software. However I have not been able to generate the waterfall graph for some reasons. The generate button under waterfall tab is always greyed out. Any recommendation to check what I did wrong is most welcome.

One needs to make a sweep measurement that creates an Impulse Response to be able to then use the Waterfall tab ( as well as most of the other tabs on that row ).

What sort of trial measurements were made?

If they were made in the RTA window then that's the problem.

Thanks for the response. I did create a set of sweep measurements. I guess the issue happened when I tried generating waterfall graph of the average responses.

A magnitude average does not have an impulse response so it isn't possible to generate waterfall, decay or spectrogram plots from it.
