Starring Elle Fanning, Alex Sharp, and Academy Award® winner Nicole Kidman (Best Actress, The Hours, 2002), How to Talk to Girls at Parties arrives on Blu-ray™ (plus Digital) and DVD August 14 from Lionsgate. Neil Gaiman’s legendary 2006 short story comes to life from screenwriters Philippa Goslett and John Cameron Mitchell (Hedwig and the Angry Inch). Nominated at both the 2017 BIFA and Cannes Film Festivals, the film tells the tale of an alien “invasion” like you’ve never seen before. The Blu-ray and DVD include deleted scenes, a making-of featurette, and audio commentary with director John Cameron Mitchell, Elle Fanning, and Alex Sharp, and will be available for the suggested retail price of $21.99 and $19.98, respectively.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS
London, 1977. Enn (Alex Sharp) is a shy suburban teenager who sneaks out to after-hours punk parties. One night, Enn and his friends meet some teens who seem like they’re from another planet; in fact, they are from another planet, visiting Earth to complete a mysterious rite of passage. Enn falls for beautiful alien Zan (Elle Fanning) – and into a delirious adventure that will test the limits of their love in this wildly entertaining film from director John Cameron Mitchell (Hedwig and the Angry Inch).
