How to test EQ settings?

Hello, after EQing, is there a way to run a sweep to test the settings in REW? I'm on a Mac and use SoundSource so I've just been putting my EQ settings in there then running REW to test them.

Generally the predicted EQ is very accurate. There isn't a way to apply the EQ within REW for measurement, so you'll need something to apply the settings as you are currently doing.
