REW Beta Release Inconsistent and Frequently no Timing Acoustic Signal

I can occasionally obtain the timing signal but most often I can not. I get a few clicks from the speaker but no acoustic timing start tone. My setup is via AirPlay to my WISA transmitter that sends the sound via the UNII band to all the speakers. I have tried changing configuration from 5.1.2 to 2.1 and results don't change. I have tried both Betas 5.20.4 and 5.20.4. I am running on a MacBook on OSX Monterey 12.0.1.

Any way to get the timing mark to work? If I select without timing, I get a strange sweep that does not encompass the full 20-20K spectrum and cuts off at 2KHz.

Further research shows it working with a different transmitter. Apparently the delay between receiving an audio signal and playing it back it too long on the one transmitter and not on the other.
