is iti possible that the step response is not shift to 0

reason is. i build standbox on my desktop. there are 2 small speakers left stacked and 2 speakers right stacked. with t.racks mini DSP i want shift the delay for all 4 so they sound best in phase. but when REW shift all my measure i did not see which speaker i should delay.
I know there are many ms because of soundcard delay and distance delay measure, but this doesnt matter. i need only see how much it is delay to other

Are you measuring with a timing reference? You need some timing reference if you want to compare.

You mean the way in REW is to use acoustic timing reference and set ref Output on left speaker 1 and measure tone to left speaker 2 ?. I try this and set the delay in DSP seem to work and ok too. when i measure both left speakers together impiulse look good too
