(June 30, 2024) Maryland’s madVR Labs is demystifying the setup process with its new Envy Academy Online, a one-of-a-kind internet-based learning experience designed for industry professionals and home theater enthusiasts. It's a comprehensive, self-paced course armed with the tools needed to configure and optimize the Envy video processor, further extending madVR's efforts to simplify integration and support processes, lessening the load on installers and buyers.
The Envy Academy Online builds upon the company's Certified for Envy program, which was launched to identify and approve processors and AV receivers that satisfy a laundry list of performance standards. It's since expanded to cover industry professionals who wish to become Certified for Envy Product Specialists, a title achieved through coursework and passing an exam.
In recognition of madVR Labs' educational initiatives, CEDIA has approved the Envy Academy Online course for CEUs. "We are thrilled to have madVR Labs as a CEDIA CEU Approved Provider," said David Whitney, CEDIA Senior Director of Certification. “The Envy Academy Online Course is an excellent fit for professionals looking to build their knowledge and further enhance their careers.”
Currently, the Envy Academy Online is available in English only, but madVR says it isn't ignoring its international customer base; more languages will be available soon.
