My latest toy...

I almost filled two 32 Gig USB sticks with albums for my g/f to play at her trailer. Her Jensen trailer radio has a USB port but the thing can't read the stick. Maybe, I just put too much music for it to handle. So I looked for an alternative after I noticed an auxiliary input on her set up so I bought this for her to use. It comes with a 64Gb card but its capable of taking and processing a 1Terabyte card.

t has a great feel and is quite heavy and solid feeling. I hooked it up last night to my Yamaha RX-A2060 AVR and it plays really nice.

Nice! Looks like an updated version of the old iPods. I'll have to keep it in mind if I ever end up getting a phone without a headphone output.

If it would record, that would be perfect! I often record band practice so I can dump the audio to my computer for practicing later. But I guess that will require a separate device.

Thus - three devices required to do what an older iPhone with a headphone jack will. Progress!

Wow... cool beans.

It's only 56 bucks on Amazon if you want to get the bare minimum storage and add a 1TB card (which can hold over 300,000 MP3 files).

Talk about a portable server.

The only drawback appears to be that the battery life is not that great.

Not compatible with HEOS.

I did not realize these type products were available... and it caused me to search around a little to see if I could find something compatible with HEOS.

This one is a bit more expensive, but it has Android 13 (Snapdragon) with up to 2TB storage, a 2000mAh battery, and what appears to be a fairly nice DAC for those who are looking for a little more.

Hiby makes some serious units as well... up around the $3K mark...

Slightly different use case. My preference is to keep my music on my phone which is synched to all my other devices and then use this device to deliver quality audio to my IEM or headphones. Specs speak for themselves including PEQ.
