I finished season one of this a couple weeks ago (there are 2 seasons out at the moment with a 3rd announced) and it’s very good. Definite recommendation.

+1.
Played the pc game for hours before watching seasons 1 & 2.
The Netflix series gives a lot of back-ground into the characters.
Netflix also has some short "Extras" giving further information on characters as well as indepth info on all the monsters/beasts that Geralt has to contend with.

The picture for this one trips me out because it looks like the guy from Lord Of The Rings. What's this about anyway? [insert rant emoji against Netflix's too-short and then further, cut off shorter descriptions] Seems like I might enjoy it.

It's about a monster hunter from times that seem medievel but on a more fantasy level. While slaying monsters there are typical storylines of this kingdom attacking this kingdom and so forth. It's very enjoyable imo.

Second season done and it's still worth a watch!

Third season finished and it left a bit to be desired. Henry Cavill is out for season 4 so it may be the change that this series needs.
