No mic input?

I just bought the Umik-1 and I can's seem to be able to calibrate the soundcard. I get sound out of my speakers but my mic doesn't register any input. Attached is what it looks like.
Any help would be appreciated.

IIRC you don't need to calibrate modern sound cards. Skip this step.

The mic issue might be nothing more than a Windows setting (or whatever the equivalent is for Mac). Open Sound Settings and select the mic as the input.

I might add, I did download the calibration file. And I have watched at least 50 You tube videos on setting up REW

There is no soundcard calibration with a USB mic. Soundcard calibration is only applicable when it's possible to have an electrical path from the measurement output to the measurement input.
