PC to AVR Connection

Hello All

I've very new to home theatre and REW, I have a 5.1.4 setup, I've got my UMIK-1, REW downloaded on my pc and calibration file loaded, before I start there's one thing I'm still not sure of, it might seem silly but I'm not sure how to connect from pc to my DENON 4500H using a HDMI lead, which port should I use, any help would be much appreciated,

Any of the seven under "HDMI In."
