My audio chain looks like this:
RPI w/LMS -> RME ADI-2 DAC (with a 5 band PEQ) -> tube amp -> passive loudspeakers

Is my understand correct that RWE software would provide me the values I can manually copy into the DAC PEQ?

Yes, but not all PEQ filters are calculated the same for different devices. If the RME is not listed as a device to specifically generate filters for in REW you can try the “generic “ device and measure afterwards to test the result. If that doesn’t work then reach out to RME for advice if you can’t find the answer elsewhere.
Also, REW will generate generic filters for 48 and 96khz, so you will need to know which RME uses. Again, that’s if RME is not listed as a device to select in REW.
