REW and Apollo Twin Duo Usb ???

You aren't providing enough information to help you.

What OS are you using? What is it you can't do? Have you selected the input and output?

Okay i have a Signal but one speaker it is good or not?

I'm sorry, I don't understand the question. REW normally sends a signal to one speaker at a time, according to the output channel selected. L+R can be selected to send a signal to both speakers, but it is almost always better to measure speakers individually.
