REW SPL Meter weighting setting

I am using the Generator and SPL Meter in REW with a UMIK-1 to set the output level off all my speakers to 75dB before doing any measurements. Should I have the REW SPL meter set to C or Z weighting?

Z is zero filter. I would use that.

To get levels to match it doesn't matter which you use as long as it is the same for all. C weighting is generally specified, but the test signal for speaker cal is band limited to the range from 500 Hz to 2 kHz where the C weighting curve is pretty flat anyway, so it isn't likely to alter the results.
