I believe there may be a bug in version 5.20.13 for Mac in that when selecting L+R as the output the subs are not engaging. I have not experienced this with any prior versions of REW for Mac. Note: All settings in the Mac remain unchanged.

Please advise if a new setting has been introduced in Version 5.20.13 to remedy this problem

Many thanks

Thank you so much for the response and I certainly wouldn’t question the man who actually wrote the program, but for the life of me I can’t figure out what the source of the problem could possibly be.

Maybe I inadvertently changed a setting in the ‘MIDI’ section of MacOs

What is strange is when I run the Left or Center or Right speakers individually the subs fully engage

I will try to sort it out and let you know

Thanks again

REW cannot affect how your device responds to the L+R signals.
Mr. Mulcahy, my profuse apologies as it appears the source of the problem lies solely with the user/me. I inadvertently checked the option “Invert Second Output”.

I unchecked and like magic……the problem disappeared!

Best,
