REW v5.20 files open with v5.19?

I have make same measures with REW v5.20 and unfortunately the recipient insists not to leave version v5.19.
Could I open mdat files (from 5.20) in REW v5.19?

No, there have been internal format changes to accommodate new features. V5.20 can open files from older versions but V5.19 cannot open V5.20 mdat files. A workaround could be to export the impulse response as WAV and open that in V5.19.

This way is not that right, the hi treble is not same and the RT60 results are not the same,
will probably need to reload the calibration file in v5.19?

Yes, cal files would need to be manually loaded after importing the IR.
