Sine Sweep Error

When importing a sine sweep I get the following error when importing the captured audio.
Any thoughts?

REW hasn't been able to load the response file. The V5.40 beta version may be able to show why, or you could drag it onto the main REW window and see what REW shows when it tries to import it as an impulse response.
