There is an interesting and NSFW (language) news in regards to sonic employee's leaving their job (all the employees) at three different Sonic store locations due to horrible management (at least per their reasoning), and while this is the dreams of all unsatisfied employees, what was your worst job and did you leave like this or just go into the night by resigning only. lol.

From what I read...it was at more than one Sonic that the whole crew quit and walked off. When you have kids that are still in school working , and do not need to pay rent or other bills they can quit easily. I commend them for what they did, and I know I would have liked to do the same thing years ago. I could not due to bills, and had to wait until I had a better job offer.
The world is changing, and employers need to pay attention, and treat their employees like they would want to be treated IMO.

yeah, I agree. People quit jobs not due to the work or the company. They quit due to having a terrible boss.
