Sound Absorption Effective?

Hi all. Yesterday I hung some sound absorption panels at the first reflection point and am curious how effective they are. What test on REW should I run to find the appropriate measurements and what am I looking for in the measurements? Thanks in advance!

Calculate the difference between the travel times of direct sound from your speaker and sound via the first reflection point (difference in path length divided by 343m/s). Run a single speaker sweep with time reference. The ETC graph in the Impulse tab will show a spike at or near the calculated time (it’ll likely stick out higher than about -20dB). With the absorption panels in place that spike should have a lower amplitude.
