Subs and front speaker DB levels way off??

I can't get my subs and front speakers to play at the same DB levels. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Audysse shows my subs at -6 and -4

Windows 10 home
UMIK-1 mic
Marantz 6011 reciever

All active subwoofers have gain controls, and all receivers have adjustable output levels to the subwoofer. Are you saying that neither of those are working?

I think I found out what’s wrong. I had dynamic EQ turned on. So I think that’s the issue.

here’s what I was doing.
1)Setting subs up with Audyssey to get my subs in correct range. -6 and -8 in Audyssey. So that graph you see is my subs at that range.
2) load into AVR and then run Rew. But I left The dynamic EQ on. So I think that has something to do with the big drop off.
