Subwoofer crazy delay

I have just tried to integrated a subwoofer into my system. But when i play back tracks in J-River with the generated filter in the convolver (I have used Audiolense since 2012 for my main LineArrays) I get a crazy delay of the subwoofer signal almost one second! The subwoofer is placed about 8 meters away from the center of the main speakers, but when I look at the corrected stepresponse the subwoofer seams to start at the same time as the main speakers. Absolutely no so in the measured signal of course.
What is wrong?

I think I solved it myself. If I measured through J-River the delay dissapeared. Why ? I don´t know
