I have a miniDSP 4x10 so that each driver has its own channel. I’m trying to EQ my individual drivers using REW. I have a UMIK-1 microphone. I’ve read the REW/miniDSP subwoofer EQ page. For my other drivers, such as my HF drivers that are 800 Hz – 20 KHz (or my 80 Hz – 800Hz midrange drivers) what should the Target Settings be?

People typically don’t set targets for individual drivers, but for the whole speaker system.
You could start by setting each driver for the same SPL. If that’s too bright, or lacking enough lower end, adjust the levels of the individual drivers accordingly.
