The installer hang up with OS 13.3.3

Hi,
I´ve tried to install REW on Mac OS 13.3.3. Used both versions 5.19. and 5.20 beta. same result: Install hang when just try select "I accept" on the screen below
Attached also, just in case helps, excerpt of Apple Report when finalise the installer.

I had the same problem. Solved with disabling Quickeys during installation.
