UMM-6 and REW not recording any response under 100hz

Howdy folks, i'm a bit stumped as REW/UMM-6 was working fine when i used them last time. For some reason i'm not getting any response information below 100hz. I have a woofer that's fine to 40hz. If i set the frequency range to be 10-100hz, i get no response data. If i set it from 10-120hz, i get response data from 100 to 120hz. it's quite odd. Any ideas? I've ensured the levels are fine, and the calibration file for the UMM-6 is loaded in REW.

Any of you fine folks have any ideas?

When i click "measure", it shows that the sound is being picked up on the real time box, but then there's no data below 100hz.

At some point you have probably changed the default IR window settings to use a 10 ms right hand window. The settings are in the Analysis preferences.

John you're bang on, they were set at 5 for left and right, thank you. I've changed them to set automatically. Problem solved . Thank you
