Unable to generate average responce cal files for Dutch & Dutch 8c

Hi
I ahve taken six measurments at thr MLP
I have calculated the target responce
When I hit "generate measurment from target shape" no filters are generated
Please can some one be so kind as to point out what Im doing wronge
It use to work for me

Use "Match response to target" in the Filter tasks pane.
