What is the best rated 48”-50” OLED TV?

I’d go with the Bravia OLED. @Robert Zohn might correct me on this, but I’m 99.95% sure both of those models use LG Display’s WOLED panel. But the onboard Sony image processing makes better use.

LG is very close, but you’re going to get a bit better shadow detail from the Sony and likely better upconversion of 1080p content.

Day in and day out... I think Sony is hard to beat.

All good advice and all true. With all that said and considered, LG's 48" C4 is also an excellent choice.

My best suggestion to consider is if you can upgrade to one of the new 55" OLED TVs, which is now only 48" in overall total width and then you can select from the very reasonably priced Sony BRAVIA 8, 55XR80, for $1,399, or Sony's flagship 55" A95L Master Series QD OLED TV for $2,499.

As you can see Sony's New BRAVIA 8 55" XR80 OLED TV is the same price as the 48" A90K OLED TV.
