REW Beta Release Alignement tool, auto phase button issue

Version: REW 5.20 beta 60
Case: Measurement of a single cabinet consisting of 2x 12" mid driver and 2x CD compression driver on Waveguide, CD drivers about 12cm in front of woofer.
Setup: mic with calibration file, usb audio device also with calibration file, mic at 1m distance ground level measurement, loopback from Ouput > Input as reference. Calibrated with dB meter with pink noise C weighted at 103db.

So maybe i am doing something completely wrong with the alignment tool, or I need to set other things in REW to be set which i do not know.
But can someone check the alignment? mdat is included

Your choice of frequency for phase alignment is very poor, since it sits in the middle of a very sharp dip in the mid response which of course dramatically affects the phase.
