Any Versions of REW compatible with either Win98 or Win2K?

I was wondering, since this program was created in the early 2000s, if there is a version that is compatible with Win98 and/or Win2K.

REW requires a Java runtime, so you need a JRE installed. Current versions require a Java 8 runtime, but there are previous versions that will work with earlier runtimes.
