Anyone watching Chernobyl series on HBO?

I hear it is really good and eerie and has a 9.6 rating on IMDB. I am now tempted on getting HBO.

Yes it's up there with Breaking Bad 9.5 practically the same rating as Chernobyl.

I watched it as it was just starting up as Game of Thrones ended. I'd rate it a solid watch i.e. pretty good but not wow great. The show is a docudrama so its really about the story and doesn't rely on special effects. Eerie is definitely a good descriptor. There were parts of the story telling that were disturbing without being gory.
If you're into paying for streaming rentals anyway and can sign up for a month of HBO and cancel after, then I'd say go for it because you'd definitely get your money's worth that way.
